Online leak sealing technology is based on an innovative method of online repairs at processing pipelines and equipment. The core of the technology is application of a special bandage and one-of-a- kind compounds (fillers on the basis of synthetic resin, which properties depend on the specifics of the leak to be sealed, its temperature, service and pressure). Online leak sealing are performed online on a pipeline of a pressurized vessel and ensures a 100% sealing. Leak sealing on flanged joints, gland valves, welded joints, inside pipeline components and fittings of various structures.
